All proposed property improvements, modifications, or changes to the originally approved building plan for any Hollow Creek property that affects the exterior look of the property must be submitted in writing to the Hollow Creek Association. Any improvements, updates, or modifications require board approval prior to starting work. Those who violate this rule can have severe legal and financial issues arise from not seeking prior HOA approval. Submit your proposed property improvements/changes using the architectural  form below. Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) working days for the Association to review your plans and communicate with you either its approval or suggestions. Please do not begin construction until your form and plans have been submitted and are approved.

The Hollow Creek HOA construction requirements are similar to the City Codes, but in some instances the requirements are different from City Codes. Approval of a project by the City of Collinsville does not guarantee that the project will pass the Hollow Creek requirements. In many instances, the homeowner must obtain an approval from both the Association and the City Of Collinsville.

It is always best to submit the Architectural Request Form, rather than not to submit the form and then to be sorry later on. If a homeowner begins construction or changes to their property without Board approval the homeowner is taking the risk of having their project denied which can become very costly to the homeowner. 

FOR ALL IMPROVEMENTS:  Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) business days for the Board to review your plans and communicate with you either its approval or suggestions that will bring your project into compliance with the CC&Rs.

FOR BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES: Please include architectural request form, site plan, floor plan, exterior elevations, drainage and grading plans, exterior materials and color scheme. 

FOR EXTERIOR PAINTING: Please include the architectural request form, names of paint colors, and paint samples.
